A smoother, faster Pressuite
By Pressuite Team
Over the past few weeks we've been quietly rebuilding some of the most important parts of Pressuite. If you transcribe with us regularly, you'll have noticed the difference already. Here's what changed.
Watch your transcript appear — live
The biggest change is the one you see first. Instead of staring at a spinner while your recording is processed, the transcript now materialises on screen as it's transcribed — segment by segment, with speaker labels and timestamps appearing in real time. Long interviews no longer feel like a black box; you can start reading your quotes while the recording is still being worked through.
Fewer failures, easier recoveries
Transcription now recovers from brief connection hiccups automatically, before you ever see an error. And when something does go wrong, you're no longer stuck re-uploading from scratch:
- A Retry button re-runs the transcription instantly — your file is already there. - A Stop button lets you cancel a job cleanly at any time. - Error messages now tell you plainly what happened and what to do next.
A refreshed, more consistent look
We've begun rolling out a refreshed design across the platform — starting with the transcription workspace, your dashboard, and the library. The new look is calmer and more editorial, with a reading experience designed for people who work with words all day. More screens will follow in the coming weeks.
What's next
We're continuing to invest in the core transcription experience — accuracy, speed, and reliability — alongside better support for teams. If you have feedback or a feature you'd like to see, we'd love to hear from you through the support page in the app.
Thanks for transcribing with Pressuite.
